Hi, I'm Eden!Nice to meet you!I've been doing housing for the past five years now (I'm getting old). This has been in both FFXIV and other games - just for fun. I started with decorating a small house I purchased, before upgrading to a medium one down the line.For a while, I was part of an FC where I was always the one decorating inside our house and ended up doing most of the rooms for my fc members as well!
I felt very lucky being trusted with their spaces and getting to experiment with many different styles and building my skills and creativity.
I also did so on my own property and I've had many different builds in my house throughout the past years.All of that has lead me here, to where I hope I can help bring your vision of housing to life!

Commission Info

PRICE LIST:

Apartment: 5 000 000 gil base
Small House: 7 000 000 gil base
Medium House: 14 000 000 gil base
Large House: 21 000 000 gil baseExterior: 2 000 000 gil base
(standard designs, some minor glitching)If you want a one floor design, there is a discount.
Small: -1 000 000 gil
Medium: -2 000 000 gil
Large: -3 000 000 gilOther:Seasonal decor: 100 000 gil
Changes that require some work after initial work has been completed, like changing a larger window element: 200 000 - 500 000 gilIf you need me to hurry with your build, i.e. using less than a week on a small house or moving the priority to the front of my queue will cost extra and is only something I can do if I have the available time. Price depends on size + complexity.
Rush fee: 1 000 000 - 5 000 000 gil

☆ Fee mentioned above doesn't include furniture cost. The cost for furniture will come on top of my commission fee ☆

This is approximate furniture cost for standard design, if all is bought on market board and with a smidge wiggle room, so you can predict what this will cost you in total. This may change depending on server economy and availability of items.Apartment: 5 000 000 gil

Large house: 14 000 000 gil☽ If you want something specific and expensive, you must acquire it and put it in the housing storage.☽ If you commission me on the Chaos DC though, I can craft most things if you get me the ingredients, which will lower the cost for you.☽ You can give me a budget for the furniture, just please inform me in advance so I can plan accordingly.☽ You can request a theme / concept you have in mind (I love doing that) and/or any kind of furniture you want to be included in the design.Renovation time
Real life can be busy and will always come first, since I do this on my free time.
Apartment: 2-3 weeks, often less
Small house: 2-5 weeks
Medium house: 3-6 weeks
Large house: 4-6 weeks

☆ 50% down payment before the project starts + the budget for the furniture. The rest when I’m done. ☆
